Selecting Profiles for Pagination

  • In InDesign versions CC2019 and earlier, check boxes were shown in front of each of the profiles selected for pagination. For some unknown reason, this does not work in a later version such as CC2020. Instead, we show a green box in front of the profiles as shown in the example image.

New Option added

  • A new option Use regular expression for filtering data viewwas introduced in order to offer more flexibility when selecting records for pagination during automation processes.
